McCain has stolen *my* catch phrase. I know I'm not the only one who uses this phrase, but I do feel I can lay some claim to it, since it is the title of this blog. In fact, it's been the title of my blog since January 2006. They've only been using it for what... a few months?

It's been an up and down time for the last few weeks. I've made some fantastic trips - first to Halifax for the Brier, and then to Antigonish for Jamie's final recital. I also made a trip home for my grandmother's funeral, and also to Halifax again for M's grandmother's funeral. Funerals are not my favourite things, but it also makes me remember that life is for living.

I've also been thinking that I'm very grateful for all the wonderful people I have in my life. You know who you are. :)

AND I am thinking I want a kitchen like Michael Smith's. Perhaps a house like his as well.
